Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by HL Genomics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") through its official website, and to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the users and the Company.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Modification of Terms)
- ① These Terms shall become effective when the contents are posted on the service screen or announced to users by other means, and a user agrees to the Terms and signs up for the Service.
- ② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations if a reasonable cause arises.
- ③ When the Company amends the Terms, it shall announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment along with the current Terms on the initial screen of the Service from 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the application.
- ④ If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may request the withdrawal of their membership. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms shall be deemed as consent to the changes.
Article 4 (Definitions)
- User: Members and non-members who receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company, and who can continuously receive information from the Company and use its services.
- ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by a member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.

- ① The use agreement is established by the Company's acceptance of the user's application and the user's agreement to the contents of these Terms.
- ② The Company may not accept applications for use that fall under any of the following categories:
- 1. Applying under another person's name.
- 2. Providing false information during the application process.
- 3. Applying with the intent to disturb social order or public morals.
Chapter 3: Use of Service
Article 6 (Service Hours)
- ① In principle, the Service shall be available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there is a specific business or technical disruption for the Company.
- ② The Company may restrict the use of all or part of the Service when necessary, such as for regular inspections.
Article 7 (Suspension of Service)
- ① The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities (such as computers), or disruption of communication.
- ② The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user or a third party due to the temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons stated in Paragraph 1.
